Hang out at Starbucks or your local coffee shop where they have wireless access.  Let people see you at work, they will hear you and just might approach you and ask you questions about the real estate market.  This is a great way to pick up new prospects for customers.</p>
<p>So grab your laptop and head to the coffee shop!!</p>

<p>Keeping this in mind, why not try this tactic to increase traffic to your website? The lure of a free item will definitely draw people to your site, but knowing what to offer is critical. </p>
<p>The following are a few ideas of what freebies to offer to your potential visitors: </p>
<p>• Offer a Free Service &#8211; Offer a free home search or a free market analysis for their home. This will lure customers onto your website to use your service and to keep coming back in the future. You can make sure to continue to lure more customers in by continuing to offer free services every few months. </p>
<p>• Offer a Free Report &#8211; People love free reports and this is a great way to introduce them to your services and perhaps get them to tell others about it as well. </p>
<p>• Free Subscription – If your website is subscription based, you could easily offer a free month’s subscription to lure in new subscribers. Maybe offer a 7 part series on home buying or selling tips.</p>

<p>I found this great plugin for your WordPress Blog that helps you manage your testimonials and even rotates them on your sidebar so they appear on every post and page of your blog.</p>

<p>The first is real estate, we show homes, sell homes, list homes and earn a commission.  The second business is lead generation.  This is something you should be constantly doing, filling the funnel, the pipeline.</p>
<p>Building the pipeline can and should consist of several things.  Print ads, rider signs, toll free numbers, texting service and the internet.</p>
<p>Most everyone is doing everything but the internet.  It can be a scary place if you are not familiar with the technology.  The fact of the matter is in order to survive in this business of selling real estate, you are going to have to bite the bullet and dive into the world of the internet.</p>
<p>Having a mentor to guide you through the process will make it less painful.  It isn&#8217;t rocket science, it just seems like it because we all fear the unknown.</p>
<p>There are many pieces of the puzzle when it comes to the internet. Blogs, websites, social markets, SEO and the list goes on.</p>
<p>How do you conquer it? One step at a time.  The great thing about internet marketing is once it is set up a lot of it can be on auto pilot or semi auto pilot.</p>
<p>Stick with me and I will show you the ropes.  Benefit from my trial and errors. Let me show you internet lead generation doesn&#8217;t have to be bought from companies.  If you do a bit of work yourself you can generate your own leads and keep that budget in line.</p>
<p>Nothing will chew up your profits quicker than those lead generation companies.  Stay away from them!!  You can do this yourself, REALLY and at a fraction of the cost.</p>
<p>I can show you many tools out there that are FREE, yes you heard right, FREE.</p>
<p>So make a list of everything you do for lead generation.  Sit down and create your lead generation plan.  We will then build on that plan to break down each and every one of the<br />
tools you can use to generate leads in the training membership site.</p>
<p>Building that pipeline is critical and it is where we will spend the majority of our time.  It is that important.</p>
