Times have changed, we can’t sit in the office anymore and wait for people to walk in the door. Get out and make yourself seen. Hang out at Starbucks or your local coffee shop where they have wireless access. Let people see you at work, they will hear you and just might approach you and ask you questions about the real estate market. This is a great way to pick up new prospects for customers.
